For the return of products, BUTTERFULL recommends that they be returned to it sent by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt.
The return costs are to be paid by the Customer. Shipments by "postage paid by the recipient" or cash on delivery will be refused.
The shipping costs that would have been paid by the Customer will be on the other hand paid back.
Subject to the foregoing provisions, the reimbursement of s'effwill be executed within fourteen days of receipt, by BUTTERFULL, of the returned order.

The Customer is required to attach a letter to this mailing in which he or she specifies the order references, the date of the order, the order date, the date of receipt of the package as well as the detailed reasons for the return.
Returned products must have been purchased by mail order. via the Site and not in one of the points of sale.
In the event of a return for damage or non-compliance, the costs of will be refunded to the customer by BUTTERFULL.
Upon receipt of damaged or non-conforming products, BUTTERFULL proposes by email to the Customer either to exchange the said products for products in good condition and in accordance with the Client's expectations, i.e. to fully refund the products returned, without compensation extra. In the absence of a response from the Customer within a period of fifteen (15) days from the sending of the email by BUTTERFULL, the Customer will be presumed to have opted for a refund.
